One thing there Oldmanpeterson that the army Created a game to run off a server i believe "THEY" created or if it runs of quake they have permission and in the mods have permission from the people who created the games. such as CS and CS:S the creators have permission from the people who created HL to change the game as long as they sign a legal contract. so if they army created the Server and everything the game runs on they are allowed to persicute hackers if they wish to do so and it is abusing military equipment.
