I supose the real problem is the car manufactioners, they make a car that does 170mph. What normal person needs a car that goes that fast? Maybe there should be limitations on the speed cars can do. If i had a car that could do 170mph then i would feel i wasnt geting my moneys worth unless i did 170mph in it atlease once or twice.
