I have this shiz too, used to have loud subs in my car, thats what I put it down to. I just kinda noticed it one day and it never went away. Was really anxious about it at first but now its just whatever. You can get a device that will play an equal and oposite waveform of your ringing, and so cancel it out. That only helps the initial anxiety of it, you should just try and get used to it. Mine gets a lot worse if Im stressed but on the other hand I totaly forget about it some days, ocasionally for days at a time. All that ofcourse only applies if what you have is long term and doesnt disappear in a few days.
