Because it'll be harder to find and Rockstar will lose money. You won't see SA in K-mart, Walmart, etc. And they'll start carding you to buy a fucking game. I think it's 5 or 10 grand fine to the store who "illegally" sells you a game. Since when is a video game treated like selling liquor to kids? No I remember reading about this on CNN and I forget who did it but someone said after a bunch of strings of codes and a very long time of some dating shit you can activate the minisex game on console versions but it takes so long that it's pretty much not even there to regular players. :shrug:

anyone too young to see sex wont be able to see it due to lack of intellegence...if a little kid is smart enought to find out how to unlock the sex thing then they are smart enough to find porn. Also there is no laws against selling video games to underage people, that is more of a guide line. (though most people wont sell it to you without a bribe)

My xbox is modded but i kinda use it for a bf2 server. BTW i tried installing bf2 on the xbox and it worked. But the ram is to low for the game to run. Figures.

The main reason the ESRB shouldn't be able to do this is simply because the mod isn't part of the stock game. Sure there are some files for it on the game disk, but most of those are textures used throught most of the game, and you still need the hot coffee mod to get the minigame.

 

Perhaps the funniest part is that had the ESRB not given this mod publicity, no mainstream gamer retards (which 98% of GTA's fanbase consists of) would even know it exists. Even now that it's found it's way to cable news, most of the retards that own the game still won't know where to even start to unlock it.

 

So ATTN ESRB: Yu0 fail at life.
