November 27, 200321 yr Author Rofl. Well, I'm using cable. So I have one IP, and most proxies I found only has HTTP and IRC masking. So I need a Proxy or some other shit that can mask your IP in games like Unreal, HL and Battlefield etc.
November 28, 200321 yr changing IP as a cable user is simplicity itself... manual (forced) changes through configuring your network connection in control panel, or with command line ipconfig command... if that's too complicated for you, call tech support at ISP, and complain that a scriptkiddy has been harrassing/stalking you online, and has used a few crashign exploits on you, and that you'd like your IP changed...usually, they'll do this for you at least once a month, if you call them up and ask them to.

November 28, 200321 yr network connection in control panel tcp/ip connection/properties "use this IP", "apply" if it won't accept it (and it won't, most likely) forcing it a few times, then going back to "get IP from provider" will often result in a changed IP....only works if comp is directly connected to ISP, no router...otherwise, you have to try to force router IP change...then "give up" and be assigned a new one....
