Yeah I used creatine for about a month and it works pretty well. The loading process is a bitch though because you have to take it about 6 times a day for the few days. If you're serious about gaining mass do the creatine, but if not it's a waste of money. You don't need creatine but it makes you build faster. Also if you don't feel like paying for it, creatine is found in fish.

creatine is only useful for performance atheletes.

the only benefit of creatine is that while you take it, your muscles temporarly store more water in them, making them look fuller, also you might be able to squeeze in a few more reps, or run a couple of extra miles.

 

If you want to get permanent muscles then eat right 3 or 4 meals a day with snacks in between, hit the gym for a minimum of 3 days a week for an hour a day.

ok ill give u some tips:

 

1st of all if you want to get big quick then get some creatine and make your own special mix...don't pay so much for the cell tech...that is just creatine with fructose...u can just mix your creatine with something that has fructose (which induces the insulin intake). regular creatine is very cheap compared to the pre mixed one (cell tech by muscle tech). if u dont care about money then get the cell tech already mixed and save urself the hassle of mixing it urself...but personally i dont really take creatine...but if ur impatient go ahead but stop after 3 months. u will notice u gain pretty fast (water) but if u stop u will drop a few lbs...the mian advantage of takin the creatine is to help u lift more and u wont get as fatigued therefore u can build more...

 

what i do is take protein shakes...make sure u get as many grams of protein per day...think of it like this...if u want to build a house how can u build it without the bricks...u gota feed ur body right to grow big...eat eat and eat more....once u get big enough u can rip urself up...personally when i eat a lot i dont really get fat either so it also depends on ur body type...just make sure ur protein intake is really high...do a lot of pushups too...once those get easy do clap push ups...

 

the one drawback of gettin big too fast is u get stretch marks...i hvae stretch marks near my chest from getting big too fast...

 

if u want big guns then curl a lot of weight...more weight less reps= bigger, less weight more reps = more ripped...my arms are realy ripped so i just bulk up and do more weight less reps...(u can also pwn everyone in arm wrestling once u get big guns).

yeah I started walking today, but I'm all tired and shit after like a mile.

HARDIHARHARHAR you little wuss, you must be fat as hell if you get tired after walking a mile. Thanks to my never-lasting fast metabolism i can fucking eat my ass and never get fat, and still JOG 4 miles. The only thing i fucking have to worry about are those annoying shin splints......

 

So im gonna give you some advice...

LAY OFF THE FUCKING WEIGHTS... Start with SIT-UPs, PUSH-UPs (Let-downs sometimes too ideally), PULL-UPs (Start with regular pull-ups then slowly make change toward military pull-ups where the palms should be facing you). MAX out on these instead of weights. To tell you the truth, those muscled guys are slow as fuck, when i get into a fight i look on speed and stamina more then strength...

 

I got in a fight with a big guy once, sure he hit me hard but he was the first one to fall and from then on i just got on top of him and PUNCHED him in the throat once, then repeatedly punch him in the face and temple and he was knocked out. I guarantee you if you want to kick fuckers asses like that just follow my advice and max out on the exercises first then slowly go toward weights then you will be strong and fast.

 

AND DONT FUCKING TAKE ANY STEROIDS, DRUGS, CREATINE OR SHIT LIKE THAT. THE PEOPLE WHO TAKE THOSE NOT ONLY SOUND LIKE GIRLS (literally) AND THEY WON'T BE AS STRONG AS THE PERSON WHO HAS THE SAME MUSCLE SIZE AS HIM THAT WORKED HARD.

Protein shakes and bars, even though i barely eat those now, kind of help you but if you're fat lay off that shit.
