when used to be skinny i just took steriods and sat around all day and did nothing, after a while i was strong as shit and i didnt have to work for it at all

brah just work at it...

you need the weight to build the mucles, eat alot of carbs and work out.

try go for 30 minutes a day 3 or 4 times a week, make sure its a hard workout.

creatine is weak,,, gains useless water

 

roid is the way to go if you want to get big within weeks/months

but make sure you know someone who had experienced the same ones you got

 

but stick with eating healthy food, workout 3 times a week, every 40 minutes session, sip water when your thirsty, then in 2 years... you'll be a strong,big,healthy mofo
