Posted July 26, 200519 yr Figured that I'd post this here since its the only place it fits. I got a new set of headphones today and they dont work. I tested them on my brothers computer and they work. The Volume control doesnt recognize it as a playback device. Any ideas what the problem is?

August 10, 200519 yr Your sound card might be broken. You may want to try testing speakers or other headphones to see if they work. A good idea always is to update the drivers on the hardware, it can usually fix any software/driver related problems.

Any ideas what the problem is? same thing happend to me, i later found out it was the jack i plugged them into, it is all loose and shitty, thats why they dont work
