I thought i would do a guide for all you " Young Guns " out their which lifetime dream is to join myg0t , if you read what i have to say down to the last word , your dreams my come true.

 

The myg0t members expect a cake which is well presented and looks very appertising, if your cake doesnt meet these certian criterias , then you have waste your time.

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 cup flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 cups milk

2 egg yolks, slightly beaten

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 teaspoons vanilla

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

3 tablespoons hot water

 

Shown above is the ingreadients which are required to make a cake , which is to be of myg0t standard after testing by members.

 

PREPARATION:

 

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Measure flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cornstarch into 8X8 (glass only) baking pan. Pour milk into dry ingredients. Add slightly beaten egg yolks from separated eggs, melted butter and vanilla.

 

Wire whip to blend. Will be a soupy batter. Bake for 50 minutes until cake pulls away from pan sides.

Mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder and hot water. Drizzle over warm cake.

 

Prep Time : 20min

Cook Time : 50min

 

Once you have the cake , leave it to stand for 60 minutes this will ensure cooling for when the iceing is added.

 

ICING:

 

1/4 lb. white chocolate

1/4 c. butter

2 c. sugar

1/2 c. evaporated milk

 

Icing mixture butter, milk and white chocolate in heavy saucepan on low heat stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute remove from heat add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until thick pour over cake.

 

When you apply to the cake add the words "myg0t owns me"
