The moustache must be visible (sorry 12 and unders) 3. Your moustache will be judged by a jury of your peers come august 30th. 4. You cannot shave your upper lip area for the whole month of august. 5. The best moustache will win a prize, which will be determined at that date (it'll be a rad prize) 6.
