Your IP is your LOCATION. Its a code for your country, state and city and all that stuff.

Heres my plan from keeping idiots from using computers: Okay just like driveing, people should have to take a basic knowledge course of using computers. Too many fucktards out there dunno how to clean or defrag there pc and bitch and complain cuz its slow, a retard friend of mine had 96 megs of ram i thru a 512 stick in for him and its a fucking beast now. THen u must acuire a liscens that say u took da test. after that to even buy a pc u should show that licence, too many fucks dotn know the basic knowlege of a pc, u should even know what an ip address is and how u can get fucked if assholes got it and u dont have a firewall.. too many fucking retards just to many of em
