Generally speaking, the CCIPS does not send faxes to its intended Perps. But not know the outstanding circumstances behind the letter, its hard to say. The Federal Government likes to "play games" allot like myg0t members do. They do get pleasure from watching subjects squirm. If OMP has been eluding them for any amount of time, and they now have enough evidence to bring him in for interrogation, then a letter or fax would be issued to more than likely test a reaction.
