August 2, 200519 yr You can get macromedia captivate for free :8 but even once u get it u need to spend time to get used to properly recording.
August 2, 200519 yr Camtasia Studio (google it), very easy to edit/use and you can add white popup boxes liek "ok, now you have installed X, so we continue blah blah blah"
