August 4, 200519 yr Yeah wain rainey said, but in Premire Pro I couldn't find any good compression profiles, but my installation might have went wrong. I personally use SONY Vegas 6B and I find it perfect. If you dont got the cash, or if you can't aqquire it through other means, just use Windows Movie Maker.
