Just do like they use for Bullet Time in the Matrix, cept just use 2 cameras. 2 cameras, foot apart (or so), take picture same time. Ooooh, tough one.

I think it's pretty obvious from the pictures TWITCHING back and forth about 5 degrees apart that it was 2 cameras. Oh yeah, and they're gifs.
