Out of all the mp3 players out there, why buy the worst one, which just happens to be the most expensive?  Ipods are rated best HD MP3player by mp3.com plus only negros think they're cool with their shitty creative zen touch wich is 10000 times bigger than an ipod. Anyway if it still locks up better go to the shop where you bought it, those things are too expensive to not work.
