Ipods are built to prevent users from doing certain things with them and that alone makes them total crap. Just look at some computer site that dares to put any Apple laptop in a "Multimedia Laptop" lineup and then dares to give them an above zero rating. Just look at the specs for the damn things. The first computers that I ever used were Macs and they sucked then as they suck now. I converted to PCs as soon as I realized how shitty Macs are and I'll never go back. Mac OS hasn't been in any tangible way more user friendly than Windows since Win98 at the latest. One must keep in mind the concept called the "plecebo effect" when one listens to people glorify the Mac GUI. People who buy the crappy things say they love them becuase they don't want to admit to themselves how stupid they were for paying so much for so little. Ragarding iPods, the things break as fast as possible unless you baby the worthless junkheaps. I have to waste hordes of my time fixing the Macs of all of the stupid suckers that I know.
