And Tom, based on this post by Headshot4819, yes, was detected within the first day VAC was created.

Those who haven't, either slipped through, don't know about hacks(n00bs, novices,etc.) or they are extreme gamers (like that Doug Character). I say at least 50% have been already, based on the amount of CD Key Consumption. EDIT: I think that's why people submit public hacks to see who and what gets detected so they get around it with their private shit. I dunno...
