But the ones that are mentally handicapped and do crazy things like go shoot someone for no reason, I make fun of them just because they mess up life for the rest of us. They need to be locked up, period. Although some people like Howard Hughes were mentally handicapped but yet still managed to make a living. I respect people that don't let mental illness beat them.
