Go into a place called the "underworld" where you had to pay to get into, then aggro everything and get all the poor people killed. However, this time the people were so stupid they couldn't figure out who was sabatoging them. So I took a new approach. Go from district to district discussing touchy political conflicts with the children of Guild Wars. The rage was tremendous. Geesus got banned for the second time =>.
