It's bullshit, I've watched giant flame wars rage for a month over whether or not these scams work, then the ones who got sucked in stopped posting when a month was up. They were too ashamed to admit they'd been spamming for a month and had been paid nothing, or had their "points account" deleted for some obscure infringement of the BS terms of service.
