Plus blood test is intrusive and where would they draw your blood or take you piss? Doing it in the DMV would put everyone at a health risk and it costs too much to send every single driver to a private lab. Sorry I just went to the DMV last Thursday so I know what I'm talking about.

The whole process is simple, I just went through the license process less than a week ago. You go in with your required driving training/education papers. You take a simple 30 second eye test. Then you take a ~42 question test. Then you wait 6 months with your permit. Come back after at least 6 months. Take the driving test with an instructor where you just drive around the area for about 15 minutes. Then you go inside and they take your license picture. If you pass, they give you a temporary and send you the real one in a couple months.

If you're that hooked that you can't go two weeks without it, then I'd suggest going into rehab or some shit like that.
