Posted August 25, 200519 yr I bought cs a while back and he came with half life and all that and I lost my game cd case w/ the key for the game.. but i still have the disks and the box it came in.. Any of you think it would be worth it trying to call Steam or whatever and trying to like re-gain my cd key or something so i can play? or is it just a waste of time
August 25, 200519 yr waste of time... The game itself probably costs as much as the call to valve so why don't you buy it again plus if they would do that kind of stuff every moron could call them they lost their key.
August 25, 200519 yr Author yea true.. i called the WoW place because i had a problem i was waiting on the phone listening to weird music for at least a hour.. but i was thinking of like telling them a number or something of the cd/box to prove it. but ill just try to take a account from a noobie or sumthing from a chat today.. if that doesnt work ill just buy it but thx for the quick response bro :dfinger:

Just login to the account you created.
