We got Hurrican Juan up here Canada two years ago, it was fun. Although it was only class 2 for a short period of time then dropped to 1 and shortly there after to a tropical storm. My dogs dog house got blown away, along with my dog. It was kind of sad, yet sort of funny. We did find him, he was in a tree in our neighbours yard. His dog house was actually in the next door neighbours car.

Hurricanes can go from east to west and from west to east. Hurricanes spin counter-clockwise, in the northern hemisphere anyway, opposite in the southern hemisphere.
