Posted August 29, 200519 yr A friend of mine really needs a new computer. However, he only wants to spend about $650.00 or less. He wants a Desk Top and really dosent need it to great for gameing. He will mainley be doing work on it however he also wants to play games like HL2 as well (Because he never has). He also wants to avoid an intel processor (so possibly AMD). The price of the computer needs to include the monitor, keybosrd, etc.. as well. He would also like a computer with enuf space so that he can upgrade it as time goes on. DO you have any sugestions of where he can look??? Everything i find is a little out of his budget. Thanks for any help in advance.

Well one that will definitely play half-life 2 good.
August 29, 200519 yr yea only option for getting a decent pc for 650 bucks is building it yourself... If you will buy a premade you will get a crappy one with on board gfx.
