September 1, 200519 yr Maybe a normal skull could be molded from some sort of material and have it placed inside the head after removing the old one. They would, of course, have to cut open what's left of her head, but this is a drastic situation. Additionally, they'd have to cut her head open repeatedly just to put in a new skull. Such drastic surgery is virtually impossible at this day and age... Perhaps it could be inserted, plate by plate, and each plate would be changed occasionally, along with plastic surgery to concea the scarring and skin constantly being grown in labs for her to replace that which she lost. Or maybe she will never lead any semblance of a life and hopefully die before she has any true awareness of the world around her. I feel like a piece of shit for laughing at some of the comments people made on here. There was never any "fucking tragedy"; I just have some characteristics that are indeed assholeic and I wish I was without. It's an issue of not being able to comprehend the severity of this child's disorder.
