Nothing compares to the Original Resident Evil... The scariest part was where those monkey-like things or rabbits ran from around the corner really fast when I was coming through that door with that explosive round shotgun. And Doom was the shit too, on Mars' moons where those damn monsters are in one room and you have to battle your way through em...

Shadow Temple from Zelda OoT for n64. i think it was around 6-7 years ago.

Also under the well dungeon in Kakariko Village.

actually, the scariest game i played was system shock 2, thats when i was a kid

LoL you can call me a pussy but i am 18 and played the F.E.A.R demo and it looks mint and has to be one of the scariest games ive played... thats little gurl shits me up.

I think fatal frame 2 por the ps2 gave me some nice scares...

Oh god... i remember playing that shit at my cousins. it scared the shit out of me

the resident evil dogs used to scare the shit out of me. and they still do.

i remember a few years back when RE2 scared me.

 

HL1 is pretty freaky at times, and the same with HL2.

 

i remember walking through the hallways in HL1 for the first time and a fucking headcrab fell out of the ceiling and tried to sex0r my head, i jumped back a bit... good times.

definatly fear demo when the little bitch walked past you and that hallway of blood or w/e.
