P.S...the confusion of content doesn't change the fact that the voting register for the 17th amendment does show the lack of "legal" votes to pass...nice long essay from a Dr. Stanton (PhD) is what originally gave me this info...and it checked out.

 

I never did claim to be an expert in law...just to have "studied very specific and limited aspects of law over the last 12 years"...lol...NWA just proved that "limited and specific study" pretty much consisted of reading a bunch of essays and reports from patriots who held law degrees, then looking some of the terms up in Black's Law Dictionary, and ocasionally looking up a specific reference...ROFL. Even with that little grounding, I B.S.ed off of it well enough to be running circles around cryo, forcing him to resort to weak insults rather than doing a simple google search to catch me out....strikes me I pwned him pretty damned well...but got spanked by NWA in the process (and frankly, it was worth it...LMAO). You gotta remember, I made a damned good living for better than 6 years off comissioned sales...pretty much means one of my most refined talents is bullshitting on the fly based on limited or minimal factual information..but doing it well enough as to not get caught. You just don't get it, do you? I wasn't debating a damned thing with you. If I had been attempting to refute your argument, the FIRST thing I would've brought up is that blatant error. I didn't "miss" anything. Once again, we have an instance of general knowledge escaping you. the content of constitutional amendments is high-school level knowledge. The fact that you are so impressed that someone brought up a fundamental error speaks volumes about how little you know about this subject (or any others) despite the amount of pure garbage you type about it. Knowledge of the content of various amendments should be an obvious prerequisite to any kind of technical constitutional debate.
