Lamb's brains, nuts and tongue are eaten by a few redneck farmer hicks down south, but 99.9999999999999999999999% of the population just joke about it, especially with foreigners. We make out it's a national dish and you can't truly say you've experienced NZ culture until you try it, and every now and then some dumb American, Pom, or German tourist will try it out. Biting them off though, I think it's an exageration and the guy in the pic is a few cans short of a six pack. If hardly anybody eats the balls, then why do they export them to England? It seems to me that more people like these balls than you think.
