Posted September 7, 200519 yr I just got to my college and they finally got the internet working and i tried to get on aim.. that didnt work, that worried me and after that happend i was thinkin to myself that they probably fkn blocked all the games. As i checked World of warcraft they did they have it blocked and its fkn lame, and Counterstrike, bf2 , anything and everything i was wondering if anyone has broke through the firewall ??!? its so fkn boring out here and all i want to do is play Wow after im done with shcool and shit -.- fuckin college.
September 7, 200519 yr try a different network cable, some of them don't allow certain ports after a while
September 7, 200519 yr Author well, there using this fkn 3com wifi internet its so horrible im right next to the router and im gettin Low connection. i dont know what kind of firewall there using, im guessing 3com ;o

September 23, 200519 yr OK, what they probably have a Proxy installed in there, blocking you from visited some sites and using some ports Now for AIM(and MSN IRC etc.) there this nifty program called "Hopster", try that If you want to play WoW youll have too become friends with the Administrator BTW WRONG FORUM OMG
October 9, 200519 yr Most admins block hopster. Try ssh tunneling and this is in the wrong forum section
