Posted September 8, 200519 yr The demo is just released and the game looks awesome! I loved the first 2 AoE games and imho AoM sucked but i can't wait for this game to be released. Are you going to get it?
September 8, 200519 yr No I like turn based strategy better, so I'm going to probably buy Civilization 3 instead. Well maybe I'll get AOE3 if I can borrow it from a friend or something.

September 8, 200519 yr Well mine isn't bad, but so long as it doesn't require a pc as ludicrous as BF2 does then it should be ok. RTS game tend not to use up many system resources anyway, even when they are 3D. Though having said that, Dawn of War was pretty heavy on the specs. There is a Civ 4 comming out?

September 9, 200519 yr I voted RTS is for pussies, but the real reason why I'm not going to 'buy' it is because I hate the game's setting (colonizing the new world). Better setting: Antiquity, medieval, WW1, WW2, Kosovo. :dfinger:

You don't need a super pc to run AoE you do need a great comp to run everything at max.
