September 20, 200519 yr that would either be in flash or have HTML with it. with photoshop and slicing and HTML you can do it but i dont thing you can otherwise
September 20, 200519 yr Author I don't plan on making one, just I finally got around to fixing IE (eww @ Micro$oft), and would like to see that thread again, I've searched 14 pages back on both General Forum and Showcase, wondering if it was deleted, I know it had been stickied by Minkey for a while.
September 20, 200519 yr No it's just the images had two layers with one highly transparent? So that you could barely see it originally until you highlighted it.

September 23, 200519 yr I know what your talking about. That tutorial has been around awhile. So you can find it on http://www.good-tutorials.com I don't know the name of it off hand but if you go there and search long enough you will find what your looking for.
