More than likely this child is Jewish. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sephirah I'd say these people may not have any clue to a Sephiroth character in FFvii. By the looks of the wikipedia definition it is a major idea or thought in Jewish mystisism and central to it's teachings.
