Hey.

I hear something called "Interpolation" for CSS, where you can shoot people somewhere, but the bullet hits where they were 0.2 seconds ago or something. So if you see someone through a door, you can see them and then shoot and still kill em.

Thanks :wow:

What do i need to put in console?

BTW, what does:

cl_smooth 0

+

cl_cmdrate 0

do?

Thanks.

rate 25000

cl_cmdrate 101

cl_interp 0

cl_interpolate 0

also try cl_interp 0.1

bye

It's called shitty hit reg: The hitboxes lag behind the model, which makes it impossible to actually hit realisticly (poor spelling i know stfu k). Another form of proof that Valve are a bunch of lazy douche bags.

How do you turn it on/off though?

cl_interpolate 0 for on

cl_interpolate 1 for off?

ya dude, its true. it really pisses me off when people do that down mid with awp on de_dust2. im just walking, not even at a viewable position in front of the door and BAM, 10 hp left. i mean what the hell.

interpolation sucks. i made it how "cs 1.6 is like" and it certainly wasnt like 1.6 at all.
