Yes, it could hit someone/something @ a sprint, but it needs an upgraded motor and a more sturdy base so that it can make the rapid movements to do something like that. Also, it can be programmed for voice recognition so you could turn it off w/ voice command rather than a remote. This type of shit will eventually be used in gaurding military building and commericials building etc...soldiers/persons will where a transmitter/recievor on them that the turret can recognize and not shoot at them...cars will have them as well so the turret can shoot those stupid fucking suicide car bombers. when this day comes....don't 4get your badge/receiver, because the turret will show no mercy on you....
