My upload time is 1 Kbps, not fucking 32 Kbps and making my network slow as shit.

 

I'm still sharing and all..only at 1 Kbps.

it works with ratios because the torrent is always being controlled and monitored. 0:0 you get nothing dl @ 1 : ul@ 1 on a crowded torrent will drop down to 0's, however on torrents with more seeds than leechers, you are almost always guaranteed a high download rate and a low upload.

 

If you want to control your Upload bandwidth, get Burst.
