Posted October 9, 200519 yr Basically port 29070 is blocked on my uni connection and i need it to connect to a master server to retrieve all the games... I tried web proxies but that didnt work what about port forwarding? SSH tunnelling? http://www.cs.wisc.edu/twiki/bin/view/CSDocs/RemoteSystemFileTransferHowTo it mentions resnet and port forwarding but i don't really get it or know if it will work for me
October 10, 200519 yr when i was at uni in the halls of residence they blocked most ports for p2p software i used a program called HTTP-TUNNEL worked great for me
October 10, 200519 yr Author tried it and set it up and tested it, said it was working but still didn't return any servers in the game i was playing, isn't it SSH tunelling i need or something? p2p programs didn't work either
