Anyway, mine would be a server with 64 nodes, each node has 8 processors with dual cores, and 12 gigs in every node. Those are the specs of the server that my friend's dad's company uses.

October 12, 200519 yr Jesus shitting Christ, that would cost 20 thousand. Mine is different that Maximum PC's. They had 5 500GB HDDs, 2 2405FPW's, and a $300 Raid Controller (they had the drives set up in RAID 3). In the end, their rig cost about $12,800. Seeing as I don't have a use for two monitors, 5 hard drives, and RAID, I would guess my rig would cost roughly $9,500 (those 500GB drives a very expensive).
