December 26, 200321 yr xbox isnt really a console. its a fucking computer with a moded case. pretty much all. the controlers are the same as their gamepads they had for comp.
December 26, 200321 yr some ppl dont seem to realize that there can be more than one good system. the cube is a very good secondary console. its not that good if its your only console tho. gamecube doesnt have many good games, but those i played owned. zelda, mario and resident evil really kick ass, and there is nothing alike on ps2/xbox. however all multiplatform games are better on the xbox. If theres a good game out for all consoles i download it for xbox, and i only buy a few really good GC games like the resident evil series. if you think gamecube is for kids only youre a moron and probably never even played zelda. you see many colors and a comic character and think it sucks, but as far as i remeber all zelda games owned. if you can afford 2 consoles get xbox and gc if you can get only one get the xbox, since youll be able to play more games on it and you dont have to pay for them. back to topic: the bba is not only good for network play but also to pirate games. i havent tried streaming isos from my pc, but i think it might be alright.
December 26, 200321 yr I used to be a Nintendo fan boy, but in the NES, SNES and N64 days. Zelda (link's awakening (GB), link to the past, and ocarina of time), Super mario Bros., Mario 64, and the Mario Kart games kicked ass. Now these kind of games are all cartoony and imcomplete, quickly done pieces of crap. Xbox has a massive HD, Xbox Live, Ability to save cds on it etc, etc...I dont think Xbox can be compared to GC. Everone should get an Xbox fist, and then, if they are into Mario + Zelda, buy a GC. But to stay on topic.... Does this thing cost anything like Xbox Live? My bro has a GC and is getting Double Dash sunday.. mgiht be sweet to try it out.
