I need a program that can block certain applications access to the internet. Any ideas? I know there are some, I had one a while back, but I don't know what it was called.

try any kind of firewall, my personal favorite is Sygate Personal Firewall

get a cracked version of zonealarm pro 5.5 if you want additional features or just the freeware zonealarm firewall.
