October 13, 200519 yr - After the file has been made you must chance the name of it to "tempdecal.wad". - Place the file is this location: "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\YOUR ACCOUNT NAME\counter-strike\cstrike". - Then you must delete your "custom.hpk" file for it to work.
