No you wouldn't have...fucking security guards are minimum wage paid rent-a-pigs here...if a security guard caught you rolling one here, he'd most likely ask you to give him a hit, if he didn't just totally ignore what you were doing.

 

Come to think of it, 90% of the cops out here would just take away your shit (and smoke it themselves later) if you weren't a bitch about it, were white, decently dressed, and didn't look like a fuckup (at least that's what they do to adults, usually...they do tend to harrass minors more, and try to put a scare into them).

 

You gotta remember, if a cop makes any official beef about something, he's got to go all the way through the booking procedure (about two hours from arrest through booking), and then do and file the paperwork for it...then he HAS to show up at court at least twice, on time outside his schedueled shift (if court is during his shift, he has to make up those hourse at another point), and basically cause himself a bigger pain in the ass than you'll get for a misdemeanor possession charge...most cops don't want to go through that hassle unless you give them a decent reason to harrass you, or unless they're pissy because their wife's been doing the bagboy at the grocery store, and they ain't getting none.

 

Of course, if they think you're dealing, or if they think you got a felony amount on you, they'll bust you...but a little baggy, rolling a single doob...mostly, they take your dope and leave you be, if you're not a total dickhead about it.
