Alright man...Go get the bootleg version of Photoshop cs2...then go to http://www.gamerenders.com go to the forums > Tutorials > and look around. Im not saying this to make fun of you...but that sig is pretty choppy and it looks like you used print screen a bit to much. Go do what I sugjested, come back and post what you have learned. Just trying to help you out, you will get a shitload of flames from people on these forums.
