I've been workin' on this site now for a while using DreamWeaver 8 all's going smooth...but I've come to a stand still..

 

I'm trying to find out how to insert content boxes so when the box is 'full' it will carry on in a srollable form..if that makes no sense check out this pic; http://img492.imageshack.us/img492/4977/ermmm8di.jpg

 

Thats what i'm looking to achieve, If anyone can direct onto how I would go about doing this let me know, please.

You're either looking at an <iframe> or, using CSS, the overflow-y attribute.
