I'm not going to tell you "yeah it sooo great sign up today". I almost bacame a marine but the army worked a little faster to get me what I wanted. I wanted plenty of money for collage and now I have $32,000 for it. I wanted to work on engines and now I'm a tank mechanic. It's not easy, I'm not talking about basic training either. Basic was cakewalk. The hardest thing there is to do in the Army is dealing with the stupid people that you just can't figure how the hell they passed the ASVAB. Take a step back and think about it hard first. Yeah you gonna be away from home, you might goto Iraq etc. But you'll have the time of you life. Although most nights you'll be too drunk to remember. I don't regret siging up at all. Hell I even re-enlisted this year. I say ask both recruiters what can they do for you. Talking to a recruiter doesn't mean your signing up either. Ask them "No BS, what can you do for me?"
