I've been trying to point out for years that anyone with half an ounce of sense, the ability to get 50 guys willing to be martyred into the country, the ability to get two or three foreign trained chemists into US colleges as students looking for world-accepted degrees, and a little over a quarter million dollars could pretty much decimate this country...and that's without resorting to buying black market nukes.

All it would take is a couple guys with "PHds" in chem from places the US doesn't recognize the educational standards of coming to the US as "college students" and making use of the labs to brew up enough liquid serin to do the job, and a few "willing martyrs" to deliver it effectively. NBC awareness class in the Army claimed that 1 drop of liquid serin in pure form would wipe out all life in an enclosed football stadium, as it evaporated, which it does at normal room temps under sea level or less pressure...so imagine what a couple two litre bottles of the stuff in the hands of each of 50 suicide delivery men could do, if targeted properly...

The goverment has more control over our life then you think ppl. They are tapping our lines and shit, not every single one but I'm sure the ppl moving over in colleges and people that have access or the knowldge to do this type of stuff are being watched.

For that matter, it wouldn't even take a college chem lab...this stuff COULD be synthesized in someone's basement chem lab, if they had the funding, and the black market channels, to get hold of everything they needed...and the black market channels would only be needed for a few "minor" ingredients and items.
