November 5, 200519 yr the border really sucks. make a 3p border, 3p black 2 p white 1p black and set the layer mode to overlay.. it's VERY plain too. play with the levels and add brightness and contrast (layer> new adjustments layer>levels / brightness & contrast> to make it look better.
