November 5, 200519 yr You have to think of it this way, it might be illegal on the state and federal level but if the denver city police decide not to arrest people for having small amounts of pot who is going to stop them? The DEA isn't interested in some random stoner, so federal is out anyway, they have better things to do, and state police wouldn't make a bust unless you were trying to get it out of denver.
