Thanks in advance... :poke: 1) download a simple voice annoy and extract all the files to the cstrike directory 2) check what the .cfg file is called 3) go into a cs game and open the console, usually what you do is just type in the name of the voice annoy file (ie. voiceannoy.cfg) 4) find out what the bind key is and press it. This would be how it would work for the most simple voice annoy's, if you can't do this just download [myg0t]makongs voice annoy from the cheats section and use that.
