November 21, 200519 yr umm... Use hijack this and a 3rd party task manager to find the spyware processes and then search then and a good explination on how to rid of that certian piece of spyware should be there. After you get all of it cleaned make sure u have a good antivirus like norton which detects many types of spyware and a good anti spyware tool like adaware(i use zone alarm antispyware). You should never have serious spyware problems again. Also make sure u NEVER ever allow the downloading of active x controls and be wary to everything you download.
